Benfica winger and reported Chelsea target Nicolas Gaitan is reportedly on the verge of signing for Manchester United.

The 27-year-old found himself linked with a move to Stamford Bridge last month, with manager Jose Mourinho said to be a long-time admirer of the Portuguese.

However, Gaitan now looks set to join th Blues’ Premier League rivals United, according to The Metro.

The report goes on to state that the Red Devils will use Nani as a makeweight in the deal.
