Chelsea left-back Filipe Luis has grown frustrated working under manager Jose Mourinho and wants a return to Atletico Madrid, according to reports in Spain.
The Brazilian only joined the Blues from Atletico last summer but found himself playing second fiddle to Cesar Azpilicueta for much of the 2014-15 campaign.
Consequently, Luis is determined to leave Stamford Bridge and has told the club’s hierarchy that he wants a return to the Vicente Calderon, according to Marca.
Luis, who turns 30 in August, signed for £16 million.

It’s better for him to leave. There is no point for him sitting on the bench all the time, while a converted left back had displaced him. You can’t expect a player of his stature to rot on the bench.
