Chelsea are interested in signing Atletico Madrid hitman Antoine Griezmann this summer, according to reports.

The Frenchman, who effectively replaced Diego Costa in the Spanish capital this season, has netted 25 times in all competitions following his move from Real Sociedad.

His form has alerted Jose Mourinho, who has identified the 24-year-old as one of four players that he is keen to sign during the off-season, according to The Guardian.

With Petr Cech, Filipe Luis and Didier Drogba heading for the exit at Stamford Bridge, the Portuguese manager is keen to tie up a deal as early as possible.

Such a transfer could be costly, however, with defending La Liga champions Atletico capable of demanding a pricey figure, given that they spent £23m on him less than 12 months ago.

Should Chelsea sign Griezmann? Let us know below.
