Out-of-favour Chelsea left-back Filipe Luis has rubbished reports that he is set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer and return to Atletico Madrid.
The Brazil international has struggled to displace Cesar Azpilicueta for much of the season following his £16 million switch from Atletico in July, culminating in speculation over his future.
It was reported that the 29-year-old was keen on re-signing for the Spanish champions, with rumours suggesting that Jose Mourinho could use him as a makeweight in a deal to sign midfielder Koke.
However, Luis, who has started 17 games in all competitions this season, insists that he is fully focused on helping Chelsea win the Premier League title.
“When I arrived here in Chelsea signed a three-year contract, which I want to fulfill,” he is quoted as saying by Globo Esporte.
“The team is in a great time, the team was champion of the [League] Cup, has the possibility of being champion of the Premier League, which is the most important to me.
“I do not think at the time no speculation, nothing of it. My head is completely up to Chelsea for this season finale.
“I know you can talk a lot and will talk a lot, but my head is prepared for this [finish to the] season which is very important both in Chelsea, as the national team.”

Filipe luis is a nice guy. Always confident.he dribbles from the back with accurate passes and dangerous crosses.He plays better than azpilicueta but he has lost that strenght of atletico madrid.you know mourinho he like physical players like i do.thats why he is not playing regularly. We love him. He should not go but stays n fight for his position.
