Arsenal have moved closer to the signing of Chelsea attacker Salomon Kalou with the news that the Ivory Coast international has flown to London to agree a deal.
Kalou, 26, is out-of-contract at the end of the current season and Chelsea will be keen to get a fee for the forward before losing him for nothing in the summer.
Having being called up to play in the African Nations Cup by the Ivory Coast, Kalou is believed to have left the training base to help secure a £3m January move to the Emirates.
Kalou’s involvement at Chelsea this season has become minimal with just eight appearances in all competitions.
