Chelsea Football Club was founded in 1905 and has become one of the most accomplished club’s in English football. The Blues are often criticised for not having a history, but this accusation is false as the west London club are rich in history.
The club have sustained the fifth highest overall average all-time attendance in English football and play their matches at the 42,449 (all seated) stadium Stamford Bridge, which is on the Fulham Road SW6.
The Pensioners’ first major success did not come until their 50th year when they won the league in 1955. But since then Chelsea have won four league titles, six FA Cups, four League Cups and twice winners of the UEFA cup winner’s cup.
