Chelsea supporters were delighted with the performance of youngster, Marc Guehi, on Wednesday night after the Carabao Cup defeat to Manchester United.
Despite Frank Lampard’s side crashing to a defeat against Ole Gunnar Solksjaer’s Red Devils at Stamford Bridge, fans found one positive from the cup clash.
English 19-year-old, Guehi, starred in the full 90 minutes for the Blues and supporters ran out of superlatives for the youngster’s performance.

The defender has featured once previously in the Blues’ senior set-up this season, playing the full 90 minutes in Chelsea’s 7-1 mauling of Grimsby in the previous round of the Carabao Cup (per BBC).
With the Blues having a number of talented youngsters progress into the first team this season (as per FourFourTwo), supporters were delighted to have one more join the list.

What do we think?
It is safe to say that Chelsea’s youngsters are thriving under Lampard’s leadership (per Talksport).
With Guehi earning a 6/10 (via Sky Sports), despite the Blues crashing to a defeat, is a testament to the youngster’s abilities and he certainly could be another name to add to the growing list of impressive Chelsea talent.
