Fans of Chelsea were confused following a ‘weird’ looking advertisement for Beats posted by the club.
On Wednesday afternoon the club’s official account shared a post in which Mason Mount, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Cesar Azpilicueta were all advertising Beats earphones.
Due to the angle of the pictures, fans were taken aback by the ‘funny’ looking pictures from the ‘weird’ angle.

Chelsea and Beats have been partners since 2016, having signed a contract to be the club’s ‘official sound partner’ until 2021 (as per fcbusiness).
Beats provide Chelsea men’s and women’s sides with pairs of earphones and even created a commemorative golden pair of headphones to celebrate the Blues’ Premier League title-winning season in 2017 (fcbusiness).
However, fans were still puzzled on the strange look of the latest advertisement.

What do we think?
It seems that football clubs will have sponsorships over just about anything these days (per SportsPro), and with the Blues, it is no different.
Although these partnerships create a much-welcomed income, this latest advertisement has left a good number of fans puzzled.
