According to reports on Twitter, Chelsea’s young midfielder Trevoh Chalobah is gaining interest from Premier League newcomers Norwich City with the Standard further claiming that he has signed a one-year extension to his current deal – adding that Championship clubs West Brom and Huddersfield Town are also interested in the starlet.

The 20-year-old has never featured for the Chelsea senior side and went out on loan for the very first time in his Stamford Bridge career last term where he joined Ipswich Town as they were relegated from the Championship.

Chalobah made 44 appearances playing in defensive midfield and on one occasion at centre-back.

The England under-20 international is the brother of former Chelsea academy graduate Nathaniel Chalobah, who permanently left West London for Watford in the summer of 2017 after loan spells at six different clubs including Napoli.

A number of fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the news with one fan claiming that it would be ‘a hell of a loan move’ if Chalobah were to join Norwich City in the Premier League this season.

Others said that Premier League experience is vital, stating a move to Norwich would be best for him. One member of the Stamford Bridge crowd said that the 20-year-old was ‘proper Chels.’
