The Belgium international enjoyed a stellar season last campaign, finishing with 21 goals and 17 assists in all competitions, and a Europa League trophy. It seemed a fitting farewell for a player who has served the club so well during his seven years at the club.
However, that was just the top of the iceberg in terms of Hazard’s Chelsea career. During his seven years at the club, the 28-year-old won six major honours, including two Premier League titles.
