Mason Mount is back at Chelsea training with the first-team following a season-long loan spell at Derby County.
The youngster enjoyed a successful loan spell at the Championship club as Derby County reached the play-off final, narrowly losing 2-1 to Aston Villa.
With Chelsea’s ban in the transfer market and manager Frank Lampard’s vow to give youth a chance, fans seem excited at the prospect of Mount featuring regularly in the first-team next season.
However, after Chelsea posted a clip of Mount scoring a free-kick while in pre-season training in Ireland, fans were rather curious about the goal.

Some fans questioned goalkeeper Willy Caballero’s role in the free-kick, and seem to think it wasn’t that great.
Here is a selection of tweets from fans who weren’t impressed by the goalkeeper’s efforts in the clip:
Real question is why did Caballero not even jump to save that lol.
Stick Mason on set piece duties ahead of Willian.

Caballero could’ve saved that.. awful gk

Surely, the keeper should’ve saved that one, or did he just want to boost the striker’s confidence?
