Mateo Kovacic has this summer completed a permanent transfer to Chelsea following a season-long loan spell last season. The Croatia international is infamous for one statistic in his debut season at Stamford Bridge.
Kovacic managed to go through the entire season without scoring a single goal from central midfield, despite appearing in 48 games in all competitions.

Kovacic still enjoyed a fantastic end to the season, earning rave reviews for his performance in the 4-1 drubbing of Arsenal in the Europa League final.
