Willian hasn’t enjoyed much love from the fans since signing for Chelsea in the summer of 2013. And despite winning two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and a Europa League, Chelsea fans aren’t convinced by the Brazilian international.
On the face of it, Willian enjoyed a fine year with Chelsea last season scoring eight goals and assisting a further 14 as the west London club won the Europa League and finished in the Premier League top four. However, fans seemed to think otherwise as Willian was blasted for poor performances throughout last season, especially his performances at home to Eintracht Frankfurt.
Willian is currently away with the Brazil national team at the Copa America, with the winger even scoring in Brazil’s 5-0 over Peru in the host’s final group game.
Chelsea tweeted out the news that Willian had scored, and it didn’t please fans, as they let the club know what they think of the Brazilian.
