The 28-year-old was snapped visiting a Chelsea Foundation academy while on holiday in Greece, and it sent the fans emotions into overdrive.

Hazard enjoyed a glittering career at Stamford Bridge, playing more than 352 games for the club over a seven-year spell. The Belgian international scored more than 100 goals and contributed 90 assists in all competitions, amassing six trophies during his time with the Blues.
However, the relationship came to an amicable end this summer, as Hazard finally made his ‘boyhood dream’ a reality after moving to Spanish giants, Real Marid.
