Didier Drogba and John Terry, oh how we wish they played for the club right now. It was may have been emotional for some of you to watch Soccer Aid last night as the former Chelsea legends returned to action at Stamford Bridge last night.

Drogba and Terry were teammates during the Ivorian international’s nine-year spell at Stamford Bridge, where the dynamic duo won four Premier League titles, four FA Cups and a single Champions League title.

Fans were in full reminiscing mood on Sunday evening after ex-blues Drogba and  Terry faced off against each other in Soccer Aid for Unicef 2019.

The fans were reacting after a clip of Droba and Terry tangling in the penalty box, with Drogba jokingly calling for VAR, appeared online.

The Rest of the World XI ran out 3-1 winners on penalties after the game finished 2-2 in normal time.

England, managed by Sam Allardyce and Susanna Reid, took a 2-0 lead through a brace from freestyler Jeremey Lynch. However, they were pegged back by the Rest of the World, who were managed by Piers Morgan and Harry Redknapp, through Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt and Kem Cetinay.

Here is a selection of tweets from Chelsea reacting to the clip of Drogba calling for VAR:
