Paris Saint-Germain will demand at least €30m (£26.5m) for midfielder Adrien Rabiot in the January transfer window, according to Diario Gol.
The Frenchman’s current deal expires at the end of the season and BeIN Sport report that the player has rejected a third contract offer to stay at the Parc des Princes.
PSG may be forced into selling Rabiot when the window reopens with Chelsea among the clubs said to be keen on the 23-year-old.
However, Diario Gol report that Real Madrid are also in the race for the France international. The Spanish publication believe that the La Liga side have already offered €20m, and are willing to pay the Ligue One side’s €30m valuation.
Rabiot is apparently unlikely to stay at PSG with reports claiming that the Frenchman is not on the best of terms with the French team’s sporting director Antero Henrique. In addition to Chelsea and Real, Barcelona and Manchester City are also said to be interested in the midfielder.
