Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck has assured fans he will do everything in his power to keep Eden Hazard at the club, speaking to BeIn Sports.
The Belgium international has been heavily linked with a transfer to Real Madrid throughout the past few months and the Spanish giants continue to express an interest in the former Lille man.
While Hazard has admitted it would be a dream to play for Los Blancos, Chelsea are desperately trying to ensure they do not lose the 27-year-old and plan to offer a contract extension to their star man as he enters the final 18 months of his current deal.
Fans have now been handed a boost as chairman Bruce Buck has made it clear he will do everything in his power to keep Hazard at the club, saying:
“Every Chelsea fan in London and around the world loves Eden Hazard. And he’s not only a great footballer but I think he’s a wonderful ad. We want him to stay and we’ll do what we have to do to entice him to stay.”
