Chelsea are keen on signing PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano, according to Calciomercato.com.
The same website has previously reported that Manchester United, Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund are keen on the Mexican international.
Lozano had an excellent first season with PSV, scoring 19 goals and making 11 assists in all competitions for the Dutch club. He then followed that up with some eye-catching displays at the World Cup.
The wide man was signed from Pachuca for just €8million in July 2017 but his price tag is likely to have increased massively since then.
Just 23 years of age and having pace to burn, Lozano is one of the hottest young prospects in European football, and he is also proving he is no one season wonder.
PSV still have a 100% record after five games in the Eredivisie, with the Mexican having already scored four times in the league. They were, however, given a rude awakening on Tuesday night when they suffered a 4-0 defeat to Barcelona in the Champions League.
