Chelsea face a fight to retain the services of key-players within their squad in August, as a number of European sides plot to raid the Blues.

Amongst those linked with an exit is France’s World Cup winning midfielder N’Golo Kante, who has been touted for a move to the likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, and the latter will not give up their pursuit of the midfield star.

The Daily Mirror states Ligue 1 champions PSG still have their eyes cast on a deal for Kante despite Chelsea looking to make the former Leicester City man their highest paid player of all-time with a stunning £290k-a-week deal.

Oil-rich PSG have the finances to rival the five-year offer on the table from the Blues, although Chelsea will demand an incredible fee if they are to part ways with the 27-year-old, who has made 69 Premier League appearances in west London since signing from Leicester in 2016.
