Chelsea are set for significant changes in the final weeks of the transfer window, as Maurizio Sarri rejuvenates his squad at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues boss has signed Jorginho and Rob Green so far this summer but changes up front are likely, with the club linked with a host of names amidst speculation that Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud could both be offloaded.

Despite the planned changes, Sarri has a future for Belgium international Michy Batshuayi in his squad after the forward spent the second-half of last season on-loan with Borussia Dortmund.

Batshuayi shone in the Bundesliga, netting seven goals in ten appearances, andĀ RMC SportĀ states Sarri has informed the 24-year-old he will have a part to play at Stamford Bridge this season.

Fresh from his World Cup exploits with Belgium, Sarri believes he can be a useful asset for Chelsea this season as the Blues look to force their way back into the Premier League’s top-four and have to balance their domestic campaign with Europa League involvement.
