Chelsea face a major fight ahead of them to retain the services of their key players at Stamford Bridge in the coming weeks, as a number of stars are linked with an exit.

Belgium international Eden Hazard has been widely linked with a move to join Champions League winners Real Madrid but arch-rivals Barcelona are looking to hijack a deal for the 27-year-old.

Metro, citing Spanish radio station Onda Cero, claim that the Catalan giants are willing to offer France World Cup winner Ousmane Dembele as makeweight in a deal to bring Hazard to Camp Nou.

Signed from Borussia Dortmund last summer for a £96.8 million fee, which could potentially rise to £135.5m, the 21-year-old old endured a difficult maiden campaign in LaLiga as he struggled with a long-term injury problem.

Suggestions indicate Barcelona are willing to accept a departure for the right price this summer and landing Hazard in return would kill two birds with one stones.
