Chelsea could be set to undergo a vast overhaul in the final weeks of the transfer window, as the Blues see a number of stars continue to be linked with an exit.

Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois and Brazil international Willian are both widely linked with an exit and could remain club team-mates, as The Daily Mail states Real Madrid have made a £100m approach to land the pair.

The Champions League winners are seeking a new first-choice goalkeeper to replace Keylor Navas and have been linked with long-term interest in Courtois, who has entered the final 12 months of his contract at Stamford Bridge.

Meanwhile, Los Blancos are also seeking reinforcements in the final third following the sale of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus and have now identified Willian, previously a target for arch-rivals Barcelona, as a potential replacement.

The LaLiga side have also held long-term interest in Eden Hazard and it remains to be seen whether Willian would be an alternative to the Belgium international or if Real Madrid will target both.
