Chelsea are set to undergo significant changes in the final weeks of the transfer window, as a number of deals are looking likely to go ahead.

The Blues are at risk of losing key players in the form of Eden Hazard, eyed by Real Madrid as Cristiano Ronaldo’s replacement, and Willian, who has been subject of a number of bids from LaLiga champions Barcelona.

While Chelsea are standing firm on their demands, the risk of an exit is high and it appears that the Blues have identified a prime potential replacement – although they will face a stern battle to land his services.

The Sun names Chelsea as one of a number of Premier League clubs interested in the services of Rennes winger Ismaila Sarr, who is valued by the Ligue 1 side at around £50m after his starring performances for Senegal at the World Cup.

20-year-old Sarr is being tracked by Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City but Chelsea could have the finances to complete a deal if they lose one of their heavy hitters.
