Chelsea are set for a major restructure this summer and the imminent arrival of former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri will kick things into gear at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are seeking a wealth of new additions after failing to qualify for next season’s Champions League and wholesale departures could take place, including a potential exit for England World Cup ace Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

22-year-old Loftus-Cheek impressed last season on-loan with Crystal Palace and, despite calls for him to be a part of Chelsea’s first-team squad, theĀ MirrorĀ states it’s likely that he will be sent out on-loan once again.

That has alerted new Everton boss Marco Silva, as the club believe the addition of the talented midfielder will help them push back into the Premier League’s top-six; a stern task given the quality of the side’s above them in recent seasons.

With Chelsea having finished fifth this term, Everton could be seen as a direct rival and that could cause problems in negotiations.
