Chelsea join Manchester City and Arsenal in battle to sign PSG starlet

Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City are all pursuing Paris Saint-Germain youngster Kais Najeh, according to Radio Montecarlo (via Sport).

The defender is being tracked by many of Europe’s top clubs, and he has yet to sign on professional terms with PSG.

Najeh was reportedly watched by Man City’s scouts when the player faced Lyon for PSG in a youth team match recently.

The Premier League leaders are believed to be favourites ahead of Chelsea and other rivals for the defender. Pep Guardiola’s side have reportedly already signed another youth player from PSG in recent weeks.

According to reports in France, Claudio Gomes is also set to make the switch from the Ligue One club to City.

Najeh’s situation looks less clear cut though. He has yet to make a decision on his future, and could still remain with PSG. However, it looks like three Premier League teams will be trying to persuade him to move clubs in the summer.
