Neymar has asked Paris Saint-Germain to sign Alvaro Morata from Chelsea in the summer, according to Don Balon.
The Spanish publication suggests however that PSG could use Edinson Cavani as part of the deal to lure the Spaniard to the Ligue One side.
The Uruguayan fell out with Neymar earlier this season, and despite scoring 28 goals in all competitions, there has been speculation that the striker could depart the Parc des Princes.
Chelsea signed Morata for an initial £58m in the summer, and will certainly not sell for less than they paid Real Madrid for the player.
The inclusion of Cavani in the transfer would therefore be seen as an extra incentive for the Blues to accept the offer and offload the Spaniard just a year after moving to Stamford Bridge.
Morata is currently out injured with a back injury, but had been struggling for form prior to being sidelined with just one goal in his last six Premier League games.
Whether the Blues would contemplate exchanging a 25 year old with his best years ahead of him, with a 30 year old who is unlikely to improve, it remains to be seen.
