Celtic are interested in signing Chelsea midfielders Charly Musonda and Lewis Baker on loan deals, according to the Daily Mail.
Baker is currently on loan at Middlesbrough, but comments from Boro boss Tony Pulis in recent days suggest his spell with the Championship club could be cut short, paving the way for a move north of the border.
Musonda’s case is a lot more complicated. The Belgian starlet has interest from a number of Premier League clubs, including Bournemouth, and he is also being pursued by Nottingham Forest.
The attacking midfielder is however keen on a move back to Spain, which would be against the wishes of Chelsea who want the 21 year old to develop his game in England.
Neither player has had much game time this season. Baker has started just eight games in all competitions for Middlesbrough and has not featured in the team since October.
Musonda meanwhile has made just two starts, and six appearances in all competitions. He last featured as a substitute against Norwich City in the FA Cup earlier this month.
