Manchester United have made Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri their next priority target after signing Alexis Sanchez, according to the Sun.
The Ivorian international is also reportedly interesting Chelsea, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain but it looks as though United are now in pole position to sign the player.
Seri was a key player as Nice finished third in Ligue One last season, qualifying for the Champions League qualifying rounds in the process.
His seven goals and ten assists helped the French club to finish on 78 points; 17 points behind eventual league winners Monaco.
The midfielder’s performance’s attracted interest from likes of Barcelona in the summer, but a £35m transfer to the La Liga side collapsed after Nice increased the player’s asking price.
Seri has struggled to regain his top form this season since the failed move. In 26 appearances this campaign for Nice, he has scored just one goal and contributed six assists.
