Bayern Munich are lining up a summer approach for Yannick Carrasco, according to El Gol Digital.
The Belgian international is also interesting Chelsea but the Spanish website report that the Blues will only make a move for the winger if they lose Eden Hazard at the end of the season.
Bayern meanwhile, are seeking a replacement for Franck Ribery. The veteran Frenchman’s contract expires in the summer, and is likely to depart the Allianz Area, leaving space for a player like Carrasco.
The 24 year old has a difficult relationship with Atletico manager Diego Simeone, and last month AS reported the winger would be allowed to leave the Spanish club in January if a bid was made in the region of €50m (£44m).
With an offer unlikely from either Bayern or Chelsea until the summer, Carrasco looks set to stay in La Liga for the rest of the season. He has become a bit part player at Atletico, having only started one league game since October.
