Paris Saint-German have revived their interest in Juventus left back Alex Sandro, according to Calciomercato.com.

Along with Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United, the Ligue One side have been linked with a move for the Brazilian international since the start of the season, but they have not been actively pursuing the 26 year old.

The return of PSG to the race for Sandro could push up the full back’s asking price, reports Calciomercato. Juve are still looking to hold on to the defender until the summer, despite reports that the club had softened their stance about a January transfer.

Tuttosport have reported over the past week that the Serie A champions would consider offers of €60m (£53m) for the Brazilian, but this figure could rise now PSG are also involved.

Sandro has had an inconsistent season for Juventus, off the back of his outstanding campaign last year for the Bianconeri. Due to below par performances, the defender has be benched six times by manager Max Allegri for league games, but he still remains the club’s first choice left back, with 20 appearances in all competitions this season.
