Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini will turn down interest from the likes of Chelsea to remain at the Serie A club until the end of the season, according to TMW.
The Italian website reports the 21 year old has made his decision to continue with the Giallorossi for the time being, but the choice maybe taken out of his hands in the summer when Roma re-assess their options for next season.
English tabloid the Mirror reports that three Premier League clubs: Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City, are all chasing the Italian international’s signature with the player having a £21m release clause.
Pellegrini only signed from Sassuolo for £9m in the summer, and has made 21 appearances in all competitions so far this campaign.
The inclusion of a complicated buyout clause however means the midfielder is available for an affordable price, but it seems as though the player has no intention of leaving the Stadio Olimpico, at least for now.
