Chelsea currently sit in third spot in the Premier League table, and look on course to finish there.
Having amassed 38 points so far this season from 18 league games, Conte’s men sit five points clear of Arsenal in fifth spot.
This is a nice little gap between them and the Gunners, but there is still a hell of a lot of football still to be played and Chelsea must ensure they maintain their good form.
Conte recently spoke out about how difficult it’ll be to attain a top four spot, saying to the Telegraph: “There’s a problem in this league,”
“There are six top teams and there are only four places for the Champions League and two places for the Europa League.
“You have targets, also if Manchester City has many points over you, you have an important target to try to get into the top four and play in the Champions League. Don’t forget, two years ago Chelsea missed this target, last season we didn’t play European games.”
Chelsea were at odds of 4/1 to win the Premier League trophy back in august, but it’s fair to say that is now looking like an almost impossible task.
However, there are still relatively good bets to have with regards to Chelsea and this season.
Conte’s side are at odds of around 2/9 with most bookmakers to seal a top four spot, and it’d be a major surprise not to see them do it.

Chelsea’s next three Premier League fixture are looking very good, with ties against Everton, Brighton and Stoke City coming up – and you’d imagine Chelsea wins will be on most people’s betting slips.
If on form, the Blues should be able to seal nine points out of a possible nine, and further increase their chances of a to four finish.
