Fenerbahce have told the representatives of Chelsea left back Kenedy that they want to sign him on loan in January, according to Fanatik.

The same Turkish publication also report however that Manchester United’s Daley Blind remains the club’s number one candidate to fill the left back spot, but they are still pursuing the Brazilian as well.

Blues boss Antonio Conte is likely to want to strengthen the left wing back position before letting any players go. Both Kenedy and Baba Rahman have been heavily linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge, and if both do leave, Marcos Alonso will have no cover whatsoever.

The Daily Mail reported on Monday that Chelsea have set their sights on three different left backs. The most well known target is Juventus’s Alex Sandro, but the club are not just focusing on the 26 year old. Blues scouts have also been watching Porto’s Alex Telles and Augsburg’s Philipp Max over the past few months.
