Chelsea are interested in signing Osasuna defender Iker San Vicente, according to the Mirror.

The 16 year old has turned down the chance to sign a new contract with the Pamplona club and will be able to move on a free transfer when the transfer window reopens in January.

The Blues are however not the only club tracking the young centre back. Arsenal, Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all keeping tabs on the teenager.

The Gunners are said to have scouted the player within the last month, which suggests their interest is the most recent in San Vicente, but it is usually the case that young Spanish players will favour one of the big two La Liga clubs to sign for.

Back in August Spanish under 21 star, and former Chelsea target, Dani Ceballos opted to make the switch to Real Madrid from Real Betis despite interest from a host of other top European clubs.
