Chelsea are interested in Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini, according to Leggo.
The Italian newspaper reports that the Blues are one of three Premier League clubs monitoring the 21 year old with both Manchester United and Manchester City also scouting the Italian.
The publication say the player has a €30million release clause in his contract but this will depend on the amount of games he plays, the goals he scores and even the number of trophies he wins this season.
Leggo have also reported some of the details of the clause. The €30 million buyout fee is based on the player playing over 45 minutes in a minimum of 20 games. If Pellegrini does not meet the minimum required number of matches, €1.5 million will be taken off the €30m for every match below that amount. In contrast, every match above 20 will add €1 million.
Currently the midfielder has played more than 45 minutes in five games this season but he is currently sidelined with a calf injury.
