AC Milan want to sign Chelsea winger Danilo Pantic in the January transfer window, according to Mediaset Premium (via Football-Italia.net).

The TV network say that the Serie A club are keeping a close eye on the 20 year old, and that director Massimiliano Mirabelli is particularly keen on recruiting the Serbian Under 19 international.

As with many Chelsea players, Pantic has never played a game for the Blues since arriving on a free transfer from Partizan Belgrade in the summer of 2015. He spent his first season out on loan at feeder club Vitesse Arnhem before he joined fellow Eredivisie side Excelsior on a season long loan last campaign.

The midfielder is currently on loan at former club Partizan this year, but in an interesting twist, the Serbian club are believed to have an option to buy Pantic which would certainly complicate any move to the Rossoneri.

So far this season, the  winger has played eight times for Partizan, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
