Crystal Palace are seeking a deal for Ajax defender Davinson Sanchez, according to Sport.
The Catalan newspaper reported in May that Chelsea had enquired about the Colombian, while he is also on the list of targets for Barcelona this summer.
Barca tried to sign the centre back last year for their B team, but could not agree a deal with Ajax. They however asked to be kept informed of developments if another club came in for the player.
Palace are believed to be lining up a €25m (£22m) bid for the 21 year old, with the player said to be interested in moving clubs this summer to develop his game in the Premier League.
Ajax were hoping to keep Sanchez for another year by persuading him that another season of first team football would guarantee his inclusion for Colombia at the 2018 World Cup finals. It seems he is already decided that a transfer away from the Dutch club this summer is the right move for him.
