Chelsea are willing to pay up to €30million (£26.5m) for Real Madrid right back Danilo, according to Calciomercato.com.

Reports from Spain have suggested that Real are more interested in selling to Juventus, who are trying to replace Manchester City bound Dani Alves. The La Liga champions are believed to be seeking a buyback clause for the 25 year old, and Juve offered a similar deal in the past when they signed Alvaro Morata from Real.

The Bianconeri are however struggling to make a deal happen. They have offered a loan bid with an obligation to buy the Brazilian for €23million at the end of next season, but the Spanish side rejected the offer.

Calciomercato report that Juve may seek to move on to other targets, which could leave the coast clear for the Blues. Danilo signed from Porto for €31.5m just two years ago and Real are trying to recoup as much of possible from the player’s sale.
