Celtic and Leeds United have joined Real Betis, Galatasaray and Lazio in pursuing a deal for Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic, according to ABC Sevilla.

The Spanish news outlet reports the Blues want €10million but with the Croatian having only one year left on his contract at Stamford Bridge, this price tag is deemed unrealistic by the teams chasing the 22 year old.

Bids of between €2m and €3m are believed to be more likely with reports from Spain and Turkey reporting that offers have already been made by Betis and Galatasaray.

ABC Sevilla report that Pasalic is enthusiastic about joining Betis after having a successful spell with Elche in La Liga three seasons ago. The biggest stumbling block to any move to Spain going ahead though is Betis’s difficult relationship with Chelsea. There is believed to be some tension over the handling of Charly Musonda’s loan spell, whose stay in Seville was cut short due to a knee injury last season.
