Juventus are in advanced talks to sign Nice left back Dalbert Henriques, according to Brazilian news outlet Globo Esporte.
It looks like the Bianconeri are preparing for life without Chelsea target Alex Sandro if the move for the Brazilian is finalised. Dalbert will reportedly cost €15million; a substantial outlay for the Serie A champions who are unlikely to sign the 23 year old merely as a backup option, considering the club also have Kwadwo Asamoah who can play on the left hand side.
The full back played 38 times in all competitions last season, and had also been linked with Chelsea, Sporting Lisbon and Inter Milan in the past. He only joined Nice from Vitoria Guimaraes last summer for £1.7m, but his impressive displays helped the French club to a third place finish in Ligue One, behind Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain.
Chelsea are yet to agree a transfer fee with Juventus for Sandro, and although it must be said that Juve maybe lining up Dalbert as a precaution, it seems likely the Italian club are prepared to sell the former Porto player at the right price.
