PSV Eindhoven are seeking a deal to sign Chelsea full back Kenedy, according to Voetbal International.
The Dutch publication reports that the Eredivisie side are seeking a replacement for Jetro Willems who is expected to depart the Philips stadion this summer.
Kenedy has also been linked with a move to Fenerbahce and Watford in recent weeks, and Voetbal International say that there is also interest from Spain and Italy for the 21 year old.
The Brazilian could be available either on loan or on a permanent transfer this summer, with Blues boss Antonio Conte pursuing options to strengthen the left hand side.
Juventus’s Alex Sandro is believed to be the club’a primary target with the Brazilian being lined up to give competition for Marcos Alonso in the left wing back role. Despite protracted negotiations with Juve, Chelsea seem determined to land the ex-Porto player with a new bid of £60million now being suggested.
