Hull City are looking to sign Chelsea defender Tomas Kalas, according to the Evening Standard.
The 24 year old has a year left on his contract and the Standard believe that the Blues are prepared to allow the Czech international to leave the club permanently this summer.
Kalas played well whilst out on loan in the Championship at Fulham last season. He was a regular for the Cottagers, playing 40 games in all competitions for Slavisa Jokanovic’s side.
New Tigers boss Leonid Slutsky is well aware of Kalas after having followed Chelsea closely over the past few years due to his friendship with owner Roman Abramovich.
The Russian coach may have his eye on a number of other Chelsea players, the Standard suggest, although no other names are mentioned, but with such a strong connection between the two clubs, it is not out of the question that some youth players could be plying their trade on loan at the Kcom stadium next season.
