As with most games in the Premier League, this weekend’s clash against Hull City is a must-win clash for the Blues…

Chelsea are on a good run, but Antonio Conte can’t let the momentum slip. With so many teams so close to Chelsea in the Premier League, the Blues simply can’t afford to lose.

However, Conte must be wise in his team selection. The Premier League from here on out is going to be non-stop, and the Italian needs to ensure that he is utilising his squad correctly.

The Blues have a host of young players that are more than good enough to hold their own in the Chelsea first time, and given that Hull City have been poor this year, the Blues should be able to comfortably win the game even with a few youngsters in the side.

It would be a bold move by Conte, but it could work out. Not only will it give his youngsters a chance to shine, but it will also allow a few of his more senior stars to have a rest.

With that said, Conte should gamble and start these 2 wonderkids for Chelsea against Hull City – agreed?

 Ruben Loftus-Cheek

Ruben Loftus-Cheek is the poster boy for Chelsea’s academy, but this year – he hasn’t been given much of a chance.

Chelsea have been doing well, and as a result, Antonio Conte hasn’t needed to adjust his team very much – but that should change going forward.

The departure of Oscar has opened up a space for Loftus-Cheek in the Chelsea first team, the Englishman will certainly take it with both hands.

He has been in and around the Chelsea first team for years, and so he is clearly ready to make the jump.

 Ola Aina

Ola Aina impressed during Chelsea’s pre-season tour, but he hasn’t really had a chance since then.

It’s easy to see why, given how impressive Victor Moses has been, but the game against Hull City could represent a decent chance to get him involved.

Moses could do with a rest, and Aina could be the perfect player to come in and get a chance to impress. Hull aren’t too threatening going forward, so it could be a good game for him to get a chance.
