The games keen on coming for Chelsea, and a London derby is on the cards this weekend…

The Blues are on a roll in the Premier League, and it looks like nothing is going to stand in Antonio Conte as he looks to close in on a Premier League victory in his debut season.

Whether you consider the expertly crafted formation, tireless work-rates or incredible goalscoring record – the Blues have been the pick of the bunch in the Premier League so far.

Alan Pardew’s Crystal Palace are on the other end of the spectrum. They have really struggled this season, and in truth – a relegation scrap is beginning to look inevitable.

Regardless, we saw how much of a threat lowly teams can be last weekend – and Pardew’s Palace will be no different.

As a result, Conte needs to ensure that his team selection is absolutely perfect.

With that said, these 2 Chelsea players simply must start for Chelsea against Crystal Palace – agreed?

 Willian

Willian has had a bit of a bit-part role under Antonio Conte so far this season – and this needs to change going forward.

He got a decent run-out in midweek against Sunderland, and he needs to build on that going forward.

Be it for Eden Hazard or Pedro, Willian must take the reigns and be given a starting berth this weekend, as he has proven time and time again just how important he is to this team.

He offers goals, defensive stability and tireless running – and he is going to be absolutely crucial to Chelsea from here on out.

 Diego Costa

Diego Costa has, undoubtedly, been Chelsea’s most important player so far this season – and that needs to continue against Crystal Palace.

He is the glue that holds this team together, be it with his outstanding goals or his stellar work-rate.

The Spaniard scored an unbelievable goal against West Brom last weekend, and proved in the process just how crucial he is for Conte.

There have been some calls for Michy Batshuayi to be given a chance, but why should he when Costa is playing so well? To drop the Spaniard would be an awful decision.
