Antonio Conte has, unsurprisingly, been looking towards his native Italy as he looks to continue his Chelsea revolution…

Marcos Alonso was signed over the summer as he moved from Serie A to the Premier League, and more are expected to follow over the next few transfer windows.

Italy has become a hub of under-the-radar talent in recent years, and for the most part – the market has been ignored by the Premier League.

Conte is seemingly looking to buck that trend, and whilst Italian players are spread throughout Europe – Conte should make it his mission to ensure that they come to the Premier League.

Chelsea’s weakest area at present is, undoubtedly, the defence – and Antonio Conte must look towards solving the issues in his back-line before anywhere else; and very few countries have as much defensive quality as Italy.

With that said, Conte simply must sign these 2 Italian defenders in January – agreed?
