Much has been made of Chelsea’s 38-strong loan army, with the Blues bringing in some of Europe’s best young talents in an effort to find the next huge star.
Some of Chelsea’s young stars are performing at other teams across Europe, and all the while – Chelsea are faltering at home.
Antonio Conte has been struggling as of late, and whilst the victory against Man Utd was a good sign – he would be wise to look at Chelsea loanees as a source of fresh talent.
With Cesc Fabregas out of form, and Nemanja Matic failing to impress for the most part – Chelsea’s midfield could really do with some work – and Conte would be wise to recall a few of his young stars.

Charlie Colkett
Charlie Colkett is a deep-lying midfielder in the same ilk as Cesc Fabregas – and whilst the Spaniard is disappointing in London; Colkett is impressing during a spell with Bristol Rovers in League 1.
Granted, the Premier League is a huge step up from League 1 – but Colkett is making all the right moves in the Football League.
A few months playing alongside Fabregas would do him wonders, whilst he could take over the reigns in the summer.

Lewis Baker has seemingly been around the Chelsea first-team set up forever, but after 18 months in the Netherlands with Vitesse – he is more than ready to turn out for the Blues.
The attacking midfielder is versatile enough to play across the Chelsea front three, and he could form a deadly partnership alongside either N’Golo Kante or even Eden Hazard.
