Antonio Conte will have a tough task on his hands when he goes into battle with Jose Mourinho’s Man Utd on Sunday…

The Italian has overseen a rapid evolution at Stamford Bridge over the last few weeks, with Chelsea’s mixed form slowly turning around.

A huge victory against Leicester City was, by all accounts, a turning point for the Blues – as Conte’s switch to a 3-4-3 formation was vindicated as Chelsea put on their best performance of the season.

Man Utd, however, will offer a very different and very real challenge for the Italian – and he will have to make some very bold decisions if he wants to come out on top.

With that said, here are 3 things Conte must do for Chelsea to beat Man Utd this weekend

 Leave out John Terry

This is a huge call, but it is definitely the right one.

John Terry has not been bad by any means this season, but in his absence – the Blues have hit a run of form.

A formation switch has undeniably helped, and Terry just isn’t suited to a 3 man defence.

There will no doubt be pressure to start the Chelsea captain, and there are certainly arguments that can be made for that decision – but Conte must not change a winning formula.

 Start Victor Moses

The surprise package of the season so far, Victor Moses is in the form of his life on the right-hand side of the Chelsea defence.

Currently playing as a wing-back, Moses looks natural in the role – and at this point, he is simply undroppable.

He picked up a stunning goal against Leicester at the weekend, proving that he is as deadly going forward as he is solid at the back.

Conte must persist with the Nigerian.

 Drop Pedro

Pedro has had quite the fall from grace since arriving at Chelsea, and his form against Leicester City was nothing short of a disaster.

He looked out of his depth and out of form against the Premier League champions – and Man Utd will offer an even greater challenge for the Spaniard.

Chelsea can’t afford to play with 10 players against Jose Mourinho’s side, so he should take the bold decision and drop the ex-Barca man.

In his place, he could opt for a player like Michy Batshuayi – who would no doubt be keen to impress; even though it would require him to play out of position.

Pedro just isn’t good enough, unfortunately.
