Proper football was back yesterday, with Chelsea taking on Leicester City at Stamford Bridge…
Whilst the game was expected to be a cagey affair, with the Blues taking on last season’s Premier League winners – it was anything but.
Antonio Conte’s men looked dominant throughout, and a switch away from a standardised 4 man defence appears to have worked wonders for the Blues.
Every player on the pitch was impressive, and it was particularly pleasing to see so many youth players given an opportunity towards the end of the game.
Chelsea games have become increasingly difficult to predict in recent weeks, so the Chelsea fans on Twitter were buoyant following an emphatic Blues display.
