Petr Cech’s proposed move from Chelsea to Premier League rivals Arsenal is ‘100% certain’ to happen, according to reports.

The goalkeeper, 33, has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge after 11 years of service, having fallen behind Thibaut Courtois in the pecking order.

Speculation has mounted that the Gunners are leading Manchester United in the race for the Czech, and Sun journalist Daniel Cutts says that the switch will definitely materialise.

He wrote on Twitter: “Petr Cech will 100% sign for #Arsenal this summer. #AFC #Chelsea.

He later added: “Before you all get excited, and a bit abusive as well, I should clarify that was what I was told by somebody. An agent, not his.”
