Footage has emerged of what went on in the Chelsea dressing room after wrapping up the Premier League title on Sunday afternoon.

Eden Hazard scored the only goal as the West Londoners lifted the trophy for a fourth time in 10 years – three of which were won under manager Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese took part in the post-match celebrations as striker Didier Drogba appears to soak the 52-year-old with champagne in jubilant behind-the-scenes footage.
